I found the second one of these I thought I had around, when digging through my pile-o-crap in the basement for some other stuff today. Brand new, in the box, OE Ford 145 mph speedo for MN-12 cars. Ford p/n F4SZ-17255-C.
Price is $150 shipped, firm. :)
Payment can be by international money order, or PayPal (from your bank account or existing PayPal balance only, not credit card ... I just have a Basic account and am trying to avoid the fees with upgrading).
