engine oil cooler needed

I need an engine oil cooler / filter adapter that the oil filter screws onto. I'd like one in good condition with no warps on the surface that the oil filter gasket seals on. this is a heat exchanger type gadget with antifreeze lines running in and out of it.

If anyone knows where to buy an aftermarket part please let me know source.
