SC speedo anyone got one

I have a 1990 3.8L n/a but i did a 89 sc cluster swap and the speedo stick at 95 and i have to tap the sheild for it to move and hte odometer is screwed since i took it apart.
Does anyone have another for sale and how much to ship to windsor ON
