Hoping someone here in ontario has a 30# sampling tube for a 76mm MAF, Ive been lucky enough to find a Maf down in the states used, but it has a red sampling tube, from what I know I need a gold one.
if anyone has one, Pm or post here how much they want for it.

STOP!!!!!!
Holy crap, man. DON'T BUY ANYTHING!!!!
Measure the inside diameter of the sampling tube you have now. Report back HERE with the size. Use a drill to determine the size if you have to.
DON'T BUY ANYTHING!!!!!
Then we'll go to the next step.

I havent bought the MAF yet, its still down in the states, around 125$, thats why I need to figure out the cost of the sampling tube see if its worth it.

Send him an e-mail a.s.a.p. and tell him you NEED to know the sampling tube's inside diameter BEFORE you buy it.
The key - if it's smaller than 0.600" you can drill it larger!!!!!!! I'll double check the size at Greg's when I can - hopefully tomorrow, or if he's coming to the BBQ then on Sunday. I'm pretty sure on the size, but better safe than sorry.
See what i'm talking about??? It's just a straight hole through the tube. If it's "too small" then drill it to "just right". ;)
p.s. - this tip will cost you $30 US - LOL!!!!!

He says its 1.5 cm's, wait a min thats awfully small hmm

1.5 cm = 15 mm
15mm divided by 25.4 (metric conversion to SAE) = 0.5905"
I guess Paul was right, huh? :D
Buy it, install it, enjoy it.

Well I attempted to drive home tonight with it on the car, no such luck, at first we couldnt get it to hold a good idle, but it smoothed out somewhat, but even pulling out of hooters i got on it and it was a very slow acceleration, almost as if i only had my na, until higher rpms it pulled like a bat out of hell. Kept throwing check engine lights on the way home untill i finally pulled over and changed it back to the stock maf.
So if anyone has a Gold Tube (096) for 30 pound injectors they want to sell let me know, or Jason if you have the number for RCO in london Id appreciate it, I cant seem to find them on 411.com
Hoping to get this on the car in like next 2 weeks, I need to beat wanger...

Bruce,
The number for RCO Enterprises is: (519)-393-6665. I believe they are now located in Dorchester, which is about 10 minutes east of London.

You know that Bill E @ SCP sells sampling tubes right??

Steve, I know SCP sells them, but I called that RCO that Jason suggested and Ill have my sampling tube by 10 am tomorrow for 46 canadian shipped... you CANNOT beat that, SCP sells them for 40 us.
I could have drilled out the current sampling tube, maybe.. but this way here I know I've got the proper one exactly on the car,

Well I got the new sampling tube this morning, had to go get the special tamper proof sockets from Ryan to get the sensor off to replace it, but shes all together on the car now, found the idle within 2 mins of it on the car, took it easy from Ryans to Steels then got on her, :) :) :) :) I noticed this mod, throttle responce is insane, especially all through the RPM's not just down low..
