If you are attending the Shootout but have not registered for whatever reason, please post here or register today! We are just trying to get a head count. If you are only spectating, please state such. If you Pre-Registered back in July, that is not relevant today. We need slightly more current info! lol Thanks!
Online registration CLOSES at 5pm tonight!!! If you miss that dealine, just bring your money to the track (cash only!!). Any registrations recieved after 5pm tonight will not be processed/recognized/recieved/etc. There will be no penalty for paying at the track. It's ok, I promise. :)
For everyone else attending the shootout please note! I have lost access to my email data so I cannot email everyone as planned! You will NOT be getting the following email so please read it here. :cool:
Due to some internet malware, my email data has been unnaccessable for the past week. I will not have it available in time to contact people prior to the shootout as planned.
For anyone who has registered via the website or paypal'd money for either registration and/or the raffle, HAVE NO FEAR. Your money and information is all in tact and accounted for. I just don't have email addresses to send to for everyone.
What I need to let you know is that everything is on schedule for the meet. The hotel has a meeting room where we will be set up on Thurday afternoon to take further registrations and relay meet information. It is Room 127 at the very back of the hotel. We plan to be there and functional in the early afternoon (2-4pm).
Tech for Friday's racing will begin in the hotel parking lot. It is not required for you to get teched in on Thursday but it will expedite things for Friday morning. Once the gates open at Norwalk Raceway at 8:30am, time will be ticking.
For anyone coming directly to the track, please enter ONLY at the Rolling Rock entrance. !!! This is the entrance off of Rt. 601, NOT the entrance off of Rt. 18. Proceed towards the starting line (grandstands) area until you see the red Dodge truck with the banners and registration line. Do NOT head right to the staging lanes or you will be shot. :D
