Need Parts for AOD to M5R2 Swap

Flywheel, clutch assembly, slave cylinder, Hydrolic lines/Master cylinder, clutch pedal assembly, connector wire harness from clutch pedal, drive shaft (it is a different length than the auto).

This is everything I need or at least what I believe I need. I'm gonna use a B&M shift and I have a manual tranny lined up as well. List prices for parts or everything I need in one. Thanks
