I always wanted one of those cobra kits but I always figured by the time I got done putting it together I'd be so broke I couldn't afford to drive it. You gonna put in a big block??

Hmmm.. Is this what the mustang parts are for??. My old neighbor built one and it was awesome but he never wanted to drive it.

Yes, this is what the mustang parts are for. It's a Factory Five Roadster. I'm building it with a friend of mine. Actually I'm building it and he's paying for it. It will be driven.

No, but it will have a carbed 351W that ran 11.70's in a maverick that was 1,000 lbs heavier than this car will be. :D

That's the great part about this, I get to build it and it isn't costing me any $$, except for tools. I let my buddy decide all the extras, he went $5,000 over the base kit price with options. That's good for me because that means more new parts and less parts I have to clean. We're pretty much using as many new parts as we can since we quickly went past a budget build. At this point I'm guessing about $27,000 when all is said and done. The only used/rebuilt parts will be the spindles, trans, rear end, pedals and a few other odds and ends.
