Runs Lean

I bought an '89 SC With 153000. It runs really lean. To the point where it almost burns your eyes. The supercharger is frozen. And it needs an exhaust and MAFS. Could the MAF cause it to run lean or is there a common vacuum leak on these. Also what kind of head gaskets would you recommend for these things?

If it's burning your eyes it's probably running rich not lean. You can get the entire felpro upper gasket set that includes the head gaskets from Autozone for about $115. If the MAF is unplugged or missing....yes it will run like crap.

You should be able to pick up a good used supercharger for around $100.
