Redrilling rear rotors, and maybe fronts

I'm about to begin the mustang 5x4.5 switch on my 95 tbird. Is it possible for me to get a rotor off a mustang, and set it againt my tbird rotor, mark the holes on my tbird rotor, and drill them myself? Or will this not be accurate enough? I would like to not have to buy new fronts rotors, and pay 75$ to get my rears redrilled.

Maybe

What are you changing?
Are you upgrading to the 99 cobra rear hubs, or getting your t-bird hubs re-drilled and studded to the 4.5 pattern?

If your getting the cobra hubs, the bore size is bigger and this will have to be addressed too.

If you're re-building your t-bird hub I can email you a .pdf file to print out onto a transparency that you can use as an accurate template.
You can get away with laying one rotor on the other if you have a self centering puch of the right size.

I've re-drilled all four of my rotors with a hand drill, then camfered the backside with a die grinder.

cheers
