I have 4.5 volts to the Start solenoid coil I have read all the Recall posts I could find, just wonderin if that will fix the problem, if the key only turns the contact block then my voltage problem should be in the contact block ? or the brake switch or neutral/park switch ? or a bad partially opened wire to the coil ?
