Hey I got a 91 SC that became into a project car and stayed that way..
The car has a fully ported heads with bowl work and a 3 angle valve job.. The upper intake is port matched and the blower has been ported and had the vents closed up as well... I put everything back together about 3mo. ago.. I got the head gaskets kit from SCP.. The paint is blue but the clear coat is gone like on all fords.. It has a sunroof which needs a new seal and the interior is pretty good the only thing torn is the driver side bolster I think thats what you call it... its cloth and leather with the bird embroided on the seats.. It needs a good cleaning on the inside... I stoped working on it after I got my 95 SC which I always wanted.. I also have a 95' V8 which im working and consentrating the most on.. Im doing a PI swap w/ P&P heads and comp cams... and spend a little hear and there on the Pearl 95' SC thats why I need to get rid of it, not because I want to but cause I need to... I was hoping to get atleast $1600 obo.
Let me know if you got more questions and I'll try to post some pics or send them on request...

Hello,

Check out the listing for the '89 for sale in Austin. I looked at that car this evening and it has some potential. Andy is a nice guy, and will deal fairly; he's open to offers.

The body needs some help, but obviously no rust. Interior would probably clean up decent, but needs work/parts to be really nice. The mechanicals are unknown because the battery is dead, but supposed to have had recent H/G, and trans/clutch. Many desireable options on this one.

It's not a beauty, but deserves better than parting out. If you can do light bodywork/painting, and don't mind tinkering w/the engine, it might be a good candidate. Like I said, he just wants it moved, and is VERY open to offers.

Good Luck,

Jerry Davis

Are you still looking for a sc in texas? If so, I have a 94 sc 5spd with 135,000mi. Its listed on autotrader.com. I purchased it less than a year ago from the original owner, my 60 year old neighbor. He had the head gaskets replaced at the dealer under extendend warranty at around 70k. Replaced the clutch and slave cylinder 6 months before I purchased it from him. Since I've owned it I have had the following replaced: cam sensor, crank sensor, plugs, wires, tps, ips, icm, ecu, water pump, thermostat, front rotors and pads, installed a bhj dampner, resealed intercooler tubes, and replaced the starter. Paint is decent with some rock chips on hood...all electrics work including stock stereo system. Im in Houston and asking 3500obo. Email me at Brogdon420@hotmail.com or my cell is 832-606-2086.
