leaky trans drain plug

I got a new Ford Racing chrome transmission pan with my new trans.

The drain plug leaks transmission fluild.I have tighted it to the point
that I am afraid to strip threads.The pan surface is perfect,the nylon
washer looks perfect.But IT Still leaks.

What would be a way to stop this leak.

I would try wrapping the threaded portion of the plug with a few layers of teflon tape.

PS: I have the same problem with my oil pan plug, even with a new nylon washer it still has a slight leak.
