SC Shootout in Texas 2005? Link to Poll

Volunteers for Shootout Commitee needed as well...LINK

Volunteers to be on the commitee are needed for what ever area is used.

Prerequisites are listed. I have not ever been on an official drag strip which blows my chance unless all the street racing counts.

Have not organized an event but could help with leg work for the area as needed if somone else meets the requirements.

We have some very good reasons for considering Dallas. Low elevation, good weather late in the year, central location, good track facilities, etc etc. We would also consider OK depending on how things pan out. The key is to find out the cost of renting each of the 1/4 mile tracks in the area and available dates for next year. Then rounding up how many people would be assured to attend.

Oh, and we would be looking for some fast cars as well. Dallas usually as a good crop of those... :rolleyes:
