I was looking under the back end of my SC tonight, and I looked up and saw a large Craftsman socket stuck to a nut on the suspension. It's not the strangest thing in the world, this is a car after all :), but it did give me a laugh. So what's the weirdest you've found in or on your car?
Not strange, but scary! While cleaning the family car many years ago I found under the seat a switchblade that was dropped by a hitchhiker.

One of my friends got a 93 LX from an auto auction once for like $500 and blown HG. He had no keys for the trunk and it had one of those non folding rear seats. So I ripped out the back seat and found some interesting stuff. I found some cloths, a video game, some spare change, baseball bat, shoes, magazine, and the scariest thing of all, about a half a dozen live hallow point bullets! Makes you wander what was going on it that LX. Oh, to make matters any better, it was purple too.

Over 400 pennies and a total of $14+ in change from my 2 restoration project SC's. Found a pair of high quality binoculars in an antique Mustang project about 20 years ago. I still have them.

My brother bought an '85 bird and found like $250 worth of rare and collectable coins in the trunk.

Found in: a disc with the complete financial record of the previous owner including investments and so on. The guy was an accountant. I gave it back to him and didn't look at it. It was just labled "Financial record and investments". Needless to say he was happy to get it back!
Found on: a homeless dude who was looking really scary. He was half passed out on my trunk. With the bottle of booze he had in his hand I decided to come back later instead of pissing him off. 15 minutes or so later he was gone so I drove off. Dunno what happened to him but the car wasn't scratched so it's all good! :)
A compact spare with the wrong bolt pattern.

well, it wasnt in the SC. i dont let anyone work on that. it was actually in my 85 monte carlo ss. just got back from getting the car tuned up (back in the day before i worked on my own car) and the whole way home the car kept making this funny sound. turned out to be a crowbar sitting on top of the engine. i have no idea what they used it on though.
