VIN Numbers & SC molding options

Can anyone read out the information generated on a VIN Number?

The following is the VIN number off my poor "HURT" SC:
1FAPP64R8LH168096

The potential car I am looking at number is
1FAPP64R7LH116202

I am also looking at a body molding on the rear deck lid which has a third light. I do not recall
this being an option. I attached a photo of the car with rear spoiler

Can anyone help me
