speedo pin came out

when i was installing my new guages, and was going to paint my needles, when i pulled the speedo needle of the pin that is supposed to stay in the housing came off also, is there anyway to fix this?DO i need a whole new speedo?

If that pin is pulled out, I don't believe you can fix it. I have done this a few times (since I repair clusters) and can't fix them.
