I would be interested in subframe connectors. AJE makes a K-Member for our cars but a little competition is always good. Don't know what their prices are.

Still in the prototyping stage, just receiving my "guinea pig" to work on. Seeing if there is a market, if so Ill build if not why bother right? :D

I would be interested. I am in the market for a kmember this winter. It depends on price and quality.

I think quality is key with the K member. Preferably something bolt on with rubber or urethane bushing..Not Heim joints..Keep in mind the 93 and up k members I believe are different then the 89-92.
A bolt in roll bar would probably sell very well

Thanks for the input guys! We are working on 89-93 stuff right now. Dont have a guinea pig for the other years yet :D

Damon said what I was going to add. If you were to make a good subframe that used the aftermarket urithane that I already have for my cars instead of the heims I too would be interested.

A good replacement for the stock K member would be nice. Making the car lighter, handle better and a lot easier to work on.

Another thing. It would have to clear headers. As for the later models 94-97, offer a V-8 set up and make it available to clear headers as well and I would be in for two...
Chris
Depending on weight and price I too would be intrested. Will they be ready this winter?

From my experience I have a AJE in mine I would make some type of turn buckle so the alignment can be done it took 8 hrs to do a front end allignment on this thing. Also some thicker A arm.

I'd actually perfer one that uses the stock strut rod setup..Also theKmember itself needs to be able to be shifted from front to back on both sides for alignment

And make them have changeable plates so I can move the engine back an inch. Also will there be an adjustment to lower or raise the engine as it sits? Thats not that BIG of a deal but it may be a selling point...

I have a 95 V8, and I'd be interested in a streetable K-member that uses urethane bushings and fits my year/engine. some Tubular suspension arms would be nice, too.

Keep in mind that if your thinking of going to a NHRA sanctioned DragStrip that a welded rollbar would be needed (secured to the frame).
Bolt in's should not pass tech. And is only a ricer effect for the street

Know what would be a great idea...Upper and lower arms that use factory K member and have replaceable ball joints and bushings..AT least when these parts becoem obsolete or harder to find..It would be a no problem

Yeah, i'd deff figure out how much they would be and give some people estimates. So you can get plenty of people lined up for them.

Curious about a K-member that'll just replace the stock one and allow use of stock control arms or maybe some tubular ones that are stock replacements for a touch extra strength...
good god I didnt realize there was such a demand for these!
If you build it, we will come :)
Assuming you do a good job and it's reasonably priced.
I'd prefer a tubular K-Member that uses the stock coilover and shock, but replaces the lower control arm with an actual A-arm to get rid of the strut tension rod. I think the stock geometry is fine.

What he said. Keep it fully streetable, capable of taking corners hard, and using bushings rather than rod ends.

I will not be making K-Members, there's just not enough time in the day for me to be able to make a good product that's durable enough for the street. I work a full time job outside of the automotive industry, I just make chassis braces on the weekends, when I get time.

Well how much for frame ties(sub-frame connectors) ? Do you have any pics you can post of your work? I'd probably be interested.

Oh :p didn't notice it was you claiming to be making this stuff Rich. Doesn't the Army keep you busy enough? I may need to get someone to call your CO and fix that problem... ;)

I have seen them before in the original post that was up. I was under the impression that you could not use your factory stuff with it. I do NOT want rod ends in my front end. I would like to keep the urithane in it. Basically I want only the engine cradle with the ability to use my LCAs off of my current car. Oh yeah and the rack raised about an inch.
What is the difference in the OHO and the regular one they make?I got on thier website and they dont even have parts for our cars listed in their menu. Are the prices comperable to their other stuff?

Randy,
When I buy my AJE Kmember and tubular lower arms from them as well should I go threw you or should I give them a call. I seem to remember you saying that you were a dealer for them so thats why I am asking. Also, is there a drag race and a road race kmember or is it an all in one kinda thing? What is the difference between off road only and one for daily driving?
