Hey guys, sorry I haven't been on here as much, house building sucks!! I hate this Owner-builder crap and from now on will pay the extra $20K even if I have to sell something to keep from having to do this my self again..

Anyways hopefully first quarter of "05" open house my new pad!! Plenty of parking, one draw back 3/4 mile worth of hard packed dirt road to my driveway.. The tranny and wierd problems with my F250 have forced me to go and do it... What y'all think??

I think you need to get a bigger truck.. :D :D Thing must of drove well going the get your horses. Looks like you got a good deal. Good luck with house, it is allot of work building yourself but will pay off in the end. You’ll know everything about it and be able to watch the subs.

I wanted the F-550 Flip, but it was either the house or a real truck.. :D

Trip back with the horses was great with this thing, 80 MPH with the Cruise on and it didn't even know the 3 horse slant load trailer was back there.. I'm having a hard time getting used to the length of it though, it's about 3.5 ft longer than Bertha believe it or not... I thought she was a beast!! 11,000Lbs :eek:

Being there to watch the subs is what gets me, I'm afraid I'm going to miss something stupid they're doing..

I'll just be glad when its over, and we can get off the highway...

Nice RJ. The benefit there is if they build the house wrong you can tear it down with that truck and a chain. :)

I can only fit a reg cab dually on the rack. The F350 Crew Dually is tooooooo long for my Hunter Rack :( But, I can do anything else to it for ya! Awsome truck, that thing will pull a house off its foundation...gobs of torque :)

If you want to learn how to shoot that thing with propane and run a 13 sec 1/4 mile....let me know.

Nothing like an 8000 LB truck running 13.8-9 sec in 1/4 mile! :D

Let me tell you what.....First time I ran up against one of those Powerstrokes pushing propane I was in my 02 Lightning. Now figure this, I am dialing in a 12.20 he dials in a 12.50 next to me. I have pulleys, SVT TB, headers, CAI, chip, gears, spray and ET streets. This monster F350 dually lines up next to me....I take him out of the hole but this MOFO is coming hard. By the 330 he is right next to me and I ran a 12.25 that pass. I could not believe this 8000lb truck was right next to me, I was trying so hard to get an extra 1/4 inch out of the gas pedal I think I was actually standing up in the truck going down the track. :eek:

Last year at Moroso we saw two lifted F-350 crew short box SRW 4x4s go up against each other, both had about 10 inches of lift and one had a PSD the other had the V10... The PSD ate his lunch all up!!! And that's with 18-44 tires on both.. This is the last year they made the 7.3 PSD, developes 525FtLbs of Touque at the rear wheels.. I just put the Diablo Preditor Programmer on it week before last, advertising current program to increase torque to 650Ft Lbs and HP to 375!! OMG, hang on to your shorts on this ride... BTW Nick, this beast stickers out at 11,100Lbs.....
