Ok I have read the instructions for installation It says to hone the inner diameter to.001-.0015 of the measurement of the snout for a press fit - my Question is is it hone over or under? I have been told to go over the snout size by the head mechanic at my shop is this correct ?

No, you're looking for an "interference fit" of .001-.0015. This means that the hb hole has to be smaller than the dia of the crank snout by .001-.0015. But mike the snout and balancer first, because there's a good chance that the size is good as manufactured. Mine was perfect and installed without any honing needed and I've heard that the majority needed no honing. John
