Where can I find an affordable rebuild with everything I need, And if I bore it will I have to get bigger pistons??

You shouldn't need to bore it unless there is damage, like a bad ring, or broken ring land.

When rebuilding the stock, 150k mile bottom end on my SC, we kept the stock bore, and actually re-used the 150k mile pistons (after balancing, and cleaning).. Of course we honed the block. Basically just a bearing, seal, gasket, and ring kit should be all you need.

Its been holding up for three ruff years on my car, which makes 330.5 rwhp and 402.8 rwtq.

If you do decide to over bore the block, then yes you have to use oversized pistons. The machine work will add $$, and new pistons will mandate a balance job, which also gets expensive. Even though I re-used all stock parts I had everything balanced to within .5 grams (nascar specs), and the result is a free revving engine that is smooth as a babys ***.
