Intake Air Temps

Hello,

I am playing with several differnt idea for a better intercooler for my xr7, And what im looking to see is if there is a gauge that can be used to determine what temperature the air is that is entering the engien after the intercooler? Also, Does any one know what the temp is with the factory IC? Thanks

autometer makes an air temp gauge, I have it on my car, Kevin

Actually Kevin, Autometer makes a Dual Channel Air Temp Guage. It uses 2 senders so you can compare your pre & post intercooler air temps. There is a switch on the guage that you use to change between the 2 senders. I don't know the model number right now cuz I can't seem to find my Autometer catalog.
