For some of thoes people who seem to think that the 35th Anniversary only came with an AOD and was then replaced with a 5 spd, if you have one, I called ford, and requested the build sheet for my 35th anniversary... it clearly states "5 speed manual transmission" with the other options, the vehicle was made 3/12/1990...I will scan or take apicture of this document, and put it on here....finially putting an end to that 35th buisness....thanks Jeff

Ahh, I already solved this some time ago. I have a magazine artical from 1990 where they tested a 35th Anny. 5spd. I posted a picture of the interior where they clearly show the 5spd shifter. End of story.

The picture is on the second page near the bottom.

Now, what number did you call or who did you get ahold of to get the build sheet for your car?
