I just finished pulling the blower/ intake plenum off. If you do not have to worry about taking the intercooler to lower intake plenum off, there are three bolts that hold the s/c to the lower intake. The egr is held by two bolts that are tricky to get to but with patience its doable. i believe there is a transducer to the right of the egr (when at front of engine looking into the windshield) that involves removing a sensor connection and one vacuum line. Also, if you are not taking off the intercooler to lower intake plenum, you must remove the bypass valve connection, which i believe is two screw clamps on a black rubber hose about two inches long.
Feel free to ask any other questions, I just pulled the blower off my car in auto shop and put the new one back on, starting it up for the first time monday.
