I was looking at these SuperSixMotorsports.com's super heads before and the more i look around and research prices, the more appealing these heads look. For the price i don't think there is much of a comparison for the more expensive alternatives. There is a 3.8 mustang with these heads making 434 rwhp and 424 rwtq with a centrifugal blower at only 14lbs of boost. So it seems that they flow good. What do all of you guys think for $1100?

Here is the flow charts superheads (our style) vs ported split ports.

You should ask them if they offer a discount
If 3 or more sets are purchased

I would want them to port a set of SC heads instead of N/A heads, but I assume that if you sent them the cores it wouldn't be a problem. These are much cheaper than Steg.

it says on their website that they do supercoupe heads.
Here is their website check it out. (http://www.supersixmotorsports.com)
I want to find out if they can put 1.60" exaust valves that would put the exaust up more. And i would want some higher lift valve springs, but they said they can customize their orders.

Unless they have done a lot of S.C. heads I would not let them port mine. More harm than good can be done.

No they aren't. You get what you pay for. I can get you non welded Steig heads for the same price.

The one advantage those later model 3.8 heads have is the lighter valvetrain componants..besides that the castings are near identical minus two intake bolt holes
