351 swap or 5.0 swap?

Which route shold I go, i want to have that crazy power from a 351 but i have kinda of a tight budget so should i go with a 5.0. If i would go to a 351 what would i have to change to fit that sucker in my car. I have a 95 cat with the gay 3.8 in it.

Go the 302 route. The motor is lighter, shorter and parts are cheaper and more plentiful than the 351W. There are saveral threads that talk about this very subject. I am doing this very same thing. I will be using a 331ci supercharged motor.
