Changing Injectors And MAF!!!

Ok i ordered 36lb. Injectors from Jayl5 from this site and a 73mm C&L MAF from his also. The MAF is tuned for the 36lb. injectors. I'm taking the blower off to change the snout seal and was wondering if it's easier to change the injectors when that's off? I assume it's ALOT easier. Also do i have to get a chip for the car now. A guy at UMWTC says that it is nessesary to get one while i was told by others it's not? Help is appreciated. :confused:
 
That's right, a chip is not needed. One with a real dyno tune would help but is not necessary, it'll run just fine. You might want to go to a 190lph fuel pump, though to get the best benefit. You will need to remove the blower to get the fuel rail off to change the injectors.
