are all pulley removal tools the same??

are all pulley removal tools the same?
could i use it to remove and install?
could i also use it on diffrent superchargers? and motor parts?

Depends on what kind of pulley you are removing. I.E. a power steering pulley puller won't work on a supercharger pulley.

A standard 3 jaw puller should work with the SC pulley and various others. It's the large diameter sheet steel type pullies (i.e. power steering) that you don't want to use a 3 jaw puller on as it can deform the pulley from pulling out the outside edges.
