Best mods for a 5.0 carbed?

After asking many questions, and doing lots of thinking, it seems I will have to stick with the original 5.0 swap in my 89 Tbird. Will be keeping the motor carbed.

How much hp can the M5R2 tranny hold? How about the IRS rear end? What's the best upgrade for each? Is the Tbird Posi? If not, what's the best kit to buy for it?

I cut out my ABS master cylinder assembly when I was stripping the car, when I say cut out, I mean I cut the brake lines going to it. Do I have to use this same assembly or is there one that isn't ABS that I can put in its place?

What would be the best stroker kit for a 5.0 that is going to be Turbo/Supercharged in the future? It is possible to turbo/supercharge a carbed motor? Is it even neccesary to stroke a 5.0 if all you're shooting for is 300 RWHp? I was told that with a cam, E7 heads, Holly carb, and possibly headers, that my 302 would be roughly 250 RWHp, sound anywhere close?

Most important question I need answered is the brake master cylinder thing!
