Saw 35th anny last night on Chesapeake Blvd & E Little Creek-anyone around here?

As the title says, I saw one in a turn lane on Chesapeake Blvd in Norfolk. It look well put together, except for the snow laiden dirt :D Just wondering if it was anyone on the forum.
