Spring 2005 event at milan michigan

anyone intrested it getting a gathering together in the spring send me a pm and ill talk to the track. milans not to far from the ohio/ michigan border and id like to see people from all over the area come and have a good time...we could go for a all day thing a weekend or whatever i think they have a campground on or near by???? let me know and ill try and get it worked out

the MOrana V6 Ford Challenge event will be held at MIlan MIchigan again this year, shoudl have the exact date by next week, they are just finishing up thier yearly schedule, looks like a late summer event date for the MV6FC

just remember earlier in the year means rainy season, we have had our V6FC in May for 3 years and fought the rain all 3 years, this year it got rained out after a perfectly sunny start. Thats why we ,moved our race to later in the year, but that doesn't mean it WILL rain, just be careful of the rainy season, try to get a date near the end of Spring just in case.

be careful about weekend gatherings, they have a points series on both Saturday and Sunday, not sure when thier test adn tune or street legal nights are, they might hold those Saturday nights, not sure, but I know they have points series both Sat and Sun during the day.

I know wednesday nights out at Milan are Test and tune all night. I dont believe they have the points run that night. Might want to call and double check when they open. Mike

I know friday nights used to be test and tune also. Saturdays are murder with brackets and Jr. dragsters and the points series. For $20 I made three runs all day.

I went on a saturday also, actually everytime I went its been on a Sat. You are lucky to get 3 runs off that day. I know for sure Wednesday is a test and tune also. Ill be there whenever you all want. Mint91sc is also from around here and im sure he will join with us too. Mike

Yeah I decided after that afternoon I would never go back there on a Saturday. Wednsdays dont work for me though cause I teach Royal Ambassadors (kind of like boyscouts) at my church. So I'm pretty busy unless were going to do it in July or so but by then the summers half over.

friday night-probably the best time-test and tune and then livernois street racing series

saturday-always busy, get in a couple runs max

sundays just suck period for ruglars like us, maybe 3 runs max


or we could go to one of the import vs domestic nights...yes it is 35 bucks to race, but its still bracket racing, and last time i went i made it down to 12 cars in the domestic class, then a lightning booted my *** out... but that night i got in i think 7 runs.... those are usually a saturday night..
