door panel removal

Hi I just bought my first SC and I need to replace the right hand mirror, but cannot figure out how to remove the inside door panel so as to be able to disconnect the wiring. Can anyone help me out.

theres only a few screws around the arm rest then one on the trim inside the mirror and there may be one in the door handle trim then lift upward and the latches will release

There is also a screw in the bottom outside edge of the door panel. It is hidden in the carpet, so you have to look. On my 90, the passenger door never had this screw, but the drivers side did.

After you have all of the screws out, it is just a matter of lifting on the door panel. There are plastic wedges that hold the door on.
