............check the transmission fluid level in my car, (5speed), I don;t see a dipstick under the hood?

1. remove the filler plug from the side of the transmission case. The fluid level should be even with the bottom of the filler hole.
2. If additional fluid is necessary, add it through the filler hole using a squeeze bottle.

check the ford manual that came with the car


or just at the back back (right by the winshield) on the left side is a dipstick...it's a lil ways down in the engine, but you can get at it easy enough. just can't see it without lookin for it.
