Car will Not Start

Car will not start
It Is Not getting Fuel (started) with started fluid and I am getting spark.
Fuel Pump not running
Jumped fuel pump at test connector nothing
Jump Inertash sensor nothing
Jump Fuel Pump relay The Fuel Pump turned on. Getting Fuel pressure up front
Replaced Relay nothing
when key is on the fan is always on and car will not self test

WHAT NEXT.

I believe that indicates a problem with the EEC. By any chance does the car have an aftermarket chip or tuner ? Mine did the same thing your describing when installing a chip that didn't make good contact.

I am getting spark though I did not think I would get that. No I never changed the chip.

Now How do I get the EEC tested or test it to see if that is the problem.

I don't know how to test the EEC. You should start another thread asking.
