If my left bank is pulling a 'rich' code, does this mean that the o2 sensor(s) are bad? Or does this mean that they are working and pulling the codes and something else is contribution to rich condition? Any ideas? just to give a diagnosis point...I have new plugs and wires, cam, crank sensors and a new BHJ balancer among other things.

7/8"? wrench, take off the connectors and slide a 12 point box end wrench down and swap O2 sensor locations, then see what happens after you reset the code :D

The answer is yes and no. The EEC is saying that the signal from the O2 sensor that monitors the left bank is prividing a signal that is equivalent to a rich condition. The cause of this signal reading may be factual or ficticious. For instance, if the 02 sensor if faulty and unable to properly sample the combustion air due to fauling, it will tell the EEC the wrong signal. Here's a link to some information on 02 sensors that my help: Testing O2 Sensors (http://www.gomog.com/allmorgan/o2.htm)
