Yep, I was thinkin' about how to "mark" raised tops and figured a boss for the bolts would be the easiest route. Not sure if it shows very well in this pic but I lightly cut one around each hole. Still learnin' the quirks of the machine, got a long way to go...

What kind of mill do you have? Bridgeport? Is it single phase or three phase? I would have one if I could get around the whole three phase power thing...

Get an inverter to get around the 3 phase (thing)..Litte pricey though
 
I mean I am sure I could do a single phase, but I want a good sized one. You can have three phase put in, but that runs around $1000 to have done. OUCH!

You can use singal phase elec and make it look like 3phase with an inverter. What I'm saying is that you can buy a 3 phase mill machine and run it at your house that only has single phase 220 w/an inverter.!!!! It really is interesting.
