DOT Street legal tire

I would like to go a step further. What is the best tire for the street? I will probably only make it to the track a couple of times a year. But I still want a good handling tire that can grip off the line.

When responding please state the type of tire you are using, what size, and a 60 foot time that your tires have achieved at the track.
