Alberta Members(Or anyone else interested)....... Summer meet in Calgary?

Trying to find out if I should bother setting up something in Calgary for the summer or not........ Is anyone interested in going?...... If there is going to be a meet I need to know soon so I can get all the details worked out....... And if anyone in, around, or someone who knows Calgary could help me out in setting this up.... Please, please, please hehe :D...... Like I've said before I don't know Calgary at all....... So if you guys could let me know......... Date; to see if it falls on a weekend that i have a friday off
Saturday, well drive there fri, Do the do on saturday, drive home sun

My car; Who knows when i'll be starting that 5spd swap thing

I know there is a Camaro Club car show open to all makes in Aug (I think)at Sunridge Mall in NE Calgary. Lots of room to park too. To meet there would be a no brainer.

That sounds great, I am really lookiing forward to this meet. I was thinking of setting up a dyno day, on the Saturday, but if we are going to meet at the Camaro Club show and shine, we will do the dyno thing next time. Let keep this thread rolling and make this happen guys.

91 XR7... Of course your welcome to come...... Anyone that is interested is more then welcome to come no matter what kind of car they own.... Uhmmmm... The date's for the meet are Aug. 16, 17, and 18..... Going off some ideas that Big Cat Davo had.. I was think we would meet up late friday night, then go to the track, then on Saturday we would do the whole meet-picture thing and possibly something else depending on time...... What do you guys think.

according to the car show calender that i have, it says the camaro & friends S/S is on August 25. I think it would make more sense to show up at the Thunderbird Club S/S on Aug 24. It would be more like keeping it in the family. Bill; why the heck not.. be the last finally trip with the AOD ER POS tranny :) saddly with it, it may cost me @ $600 in gas :)

I am all for Aug 17 and 18. It would be nice to be at the T-Bird Show and Shine, but it would be even better for the Alberta Members to finally come together.
