Grinding Noise in Front End

It appears most noticeable when making a slow, right handed turn. The noise appears to come from the front left wheel. It is an almost definite metal-on-metal sound. Would this be linked to steering components or suspension? Also, I'm in need of new engine mounts, could this also be a cause to the problem? Thanks in advance.

I have same problem right now, the sound is coming from the front right wheel and I have no glue also...
Any help would be appreciated!!!

Thanks...

It could be a wheel bearing going bad. This sounds like a grinding sound that varies with the speed you are going and can disappear if you turn one way and come back when you turn the other way.
Another possibility might be something with your brakes.
