ok so i want to rebuild my motor. nothing crazy. i just want to bring the motor back to how it was when it came off the production line. like completely stock but so that it is like it has zero miles. from what i understand i will need to mill the block and heads, new gaskets all around, new piston rings, and new vavle springs. anything else you guys think i would need to do?

your best bet would be to let a good machine shop rebuild it for you as its not as simple as looking at a part and say this looks bad. Your bottom end might just need to be cleaned up and new bearing installed but unless you have the tools and can mesure this stuff, you will be in the dark. The key is finding a shop you can trust. I like to do things myself but doing this can be very costly if you mess thing up. If you really want to do all this yourself have a shop help you make the choices according to your budget.
