Occasionally I will floor the car and the tranny willl just slip and rev out..When I let go of gas then hit it again it will engage..Any idead guys????Tranny fluid is still clean

Just some "shoot from the hip" thoughts. . . .

If you know the tranny fluid is clean, I trust that you have enough of it then.

How about the transmission filter? when was the last time it was replaced?

It sounds like the transmission line pressure is dropping when you stomp on it, thus making the clutch packs slip. When you let off the gas, the line pressure comes back up and the clutches re-engage.

On top of what they said, has your MLPS ever been replaced? They are notorious for going bad in the '94's. Although, usually it's not when you stomp on it. Usually their symptom is they slip out of gear or downshift just while cruising.
