2005 Club Clash Dates Set - IOWA

I just talked to TriState Raceway in Earlville, and after confirming the dates with the Iowa GTP Club, we have two dates for the SC/GTP Club Clash this year.

The spring event will be on MAY 21st and the Fall event will be on SEPT 24th.

Note: We never get a very good car count for the June event so we have removed that one from our 2005 schedule.

The June event will be replaced by an SC / GTP club picnic. See our events page (www.sccoia.org) for details.

The first club clash date is this next weekend (May 21st) and it looks like it is going to be a large turn out. I've heard from over 20 people so far. As of this posting, I've heard from 4 states and 5 different clubs.

We are going to host a "Meet-n-Greet" at my house Friday Evening starting at 5pm and then head out for Pizza or something around 9pm-ish.

After the clash on Saturday, we are going to go out for supper or head back to my house for a BBQ and some bench racing. (It's also possible that we might have a "cold one" .... or two)!!!! :D
