The MPII is better over the stock '94 blower, but you can make the '94 blower just as good if you port it. MPII blower is $1100 and you can buy a '94 blower for $300 and port it just like the MPII for free if you do it yourself.
A ported '94-'95 blower is called a MPI. It's basically the same blower as the MPII. Go with a ported '94 blower, unless you want to buy a MPII for over $1000. You can save yourself $700, port it yourself, and have money left over for a Magnum Powers inlet plenum.
