Did Ford make a 90-91 SC in this color?

I am curious as this dealer states " original paint" but I doubt it.

If they did i have never seen one.I wish they would have because i like that color alot.My grandmother has a caprice that looks like that and i think they call it a burnt cherry or something like that.
Check the door sticker and see what the paint code is.

The car is in Hollywood, FL and I am north of Orlando,Fl. I am thinking of buying the car but do not want to drive down and look at a re-painted POS. I really like the color too, which is why I want it too. Is there anyone close to Hollywood, Fl that could look at this car for me?

Not that I've ever seen. Get the VIN and / or the paint code off the door tag from them, and either run it by your local Ford dealer, or shoot me a p.m. with the info, if the dealer won't help.

Looks like Currant Red metallic, I had a 90 Cougar LS like that. The color wasn't an option for the SC, according to the sales brochures. Maybe it was an original white car, heck maybe they did a nice repaint. At least go check it out. If you like the color you would have something quite unique.

Black 1990-YC 1991-UA
Oxford White 1990/91-YO
Bright Red Non-metallic clearcoat 1990/91-E4
Twilight Blue CC Metallic 1990/91-MK
Light Titanium CC Metallic 1990-YF
Titanium Frost CC metallic 1991-YX

The color of your car is the 1990 Currant Red-ED. This was used on the Base and LX Birds.
