Fuel Line Pressure/Schraeder Valve T

Is there a way to relieve the fuel line pressure if I have a gauge in place of the schraeder valve? I would like to put a "T" in the schraeder valve's slot on the fuel rail so I can have a gauge AND the valve, but I cannot find the hardware to do this (the rub is the inability to find 1/16" pipe components other than the 1/8"-1/16" reducer I got from Summit for the gauge). So, I am settling with having just the gauge. I'm going to have the fuel pump upgraded after the gauge install and wanna know the best way to relieve the fuel pressure with the loss of the schraeder valve.

Pull the plug on the inertia switch and crank the car and run it till it runs out of gas. Usually only a few seconds.
