I have a nice rear bumper cover on a 1989 thunderbird sc, it is painted black with white lettering but someone did do a good job painted the white lettering and it needs touched up. In nice condition, all but one of the little tabs that hold the lower part on is broken, easy fix though. I do not want to ship this item I live in Northern Cambria PA Zip Code 15714.
