Anyone going to the Southern V6FC on March 19th?

The Southern V6FC is coming up quick, less then 2 weeks away. We dont' currently have any SC's signe dup on the website but that doesn't mean there arn't any coming, the sign up sheet ont he website is just for reference sake. So are any SC's planning on attending? the race is in Steele, Alabama on March 19th at the Alabama International Dragway. Racing is from 9am-4pm. We woudl love to see some SC's out, last year the Milan, Michigan event had a great support from the SC/XR7 crowd, hope the trend continues.

BTW the Michigan race is slated for Sept 3rd this year.

We have a caravan from Atlanta to Alabama on Friday March 18th leaving around 3pm if anyone is interested. I believe there is also a caravan from Florida but not sure on the details on that one yet, I can try and find out.

There is a post in the events forum but it doesn't seem to get too many views so thats why I posted it here, mainly to see what the interest is in people coming, not to advertise the race, so hopefully this is OK.

yes Florida event is tentatively scheduled for Sept 17th, more details on that as I get them. Most updates are posted ont he mesageboard for the races on www.v6power.net but I'll try and get the stuff on the mailing list as well.

Just got off the phone with SPEC clutches and THEY WILL BE THERE!!!! They are most likely going to be bringing out a tent to display products and a few sales people as well, this is great news people, a HUGE sponsor added to the list of other great sponsors :D

here is a pic of the trophies, I got them finished up last night. They still need the name plates on them. We also have 2 plaques to hand out as well, one for hte car show winner and one for the long distance award, they won't be ready until Friday, I'll post pics of those when I get them.
