The easiest way I did them, is pay my shop 190.00 usd to do it! I know there are many do it yourselfers out there and I don't want to make them mad. My car is my daily driver and I had to have them done fairly quickly. I figured that I got a good deal. The owner of the shop even said that his shop spent over 8 hours on it and they didn't under stand where ford got their quote from. If I didn't have them install springs and shocks at the same time, he said he was going to have to up his rate just a tad.

Paul4 hours if you've never done it before? I chuckle. ;) Although I must reluctantly agree that even though I can do the job quickly now, its tough to beat $190.
