What are these???

I rebuilt my brother-in-laws 1991 sc and when we were putting the motor back in I noticed that the fuel injectors were not factory. I looked all over and can not find what they are. They look like a lucas style injectors with a thin light green plastic ring around them right below the plug. The thing is is that it still has a stock looking mass air sensor. Any one have any Idea what they are.

I know that some stock replacments are similar to what you're describing. The injectors at the local car quest I worked at were close to what you're describing. These were distributed by Standard electronics.

Green stripe often means 42's but that requires an aftermarket MAF or a chip. Does the car have a chip?
