Ok. so i did a successful swap from my 95 3.8 auto to a '00 tremec 5 speed and everything worked out great. But of course, in my 95 I had the old sensor with the speedo-gear set up on it, and the newer transmissions have the magnetic pickup speedo-sensor. I need to either convert mine to magnetic pick up, or somehow get my tailshaft to except my existing speedo-gear i still have from my AOD tranny. Anyone have any pointers, or actually done this. Ive read a lot of speculation, but really im looking for some solid answers. Thanks guys!
