ok, my question is: should there be a noticable difference in the ride of the car from the firm and normal modes of the suspension??
cause when i flip the switch i sure dont notice one, and then when i flip it back to normal all i hear is some pounding.

i hope too much isnt wrong with it!

Yep, there should be a noticable difference. At least I have a BIG difference between normal and firm ride.

Well..

Mine isn't that noticable at all. More at high-speeds. It stops the car from "floating" all around and tightens it up. Hard to tell when your going slow.

If you have a rough road you can drive on, drive on it and flip the switch. In normal the ride should be smoother and a bit on the floaty side.

In firm the right should be rougher and tight.

If it always feels floaty then it's likely time to change the shocks.

If you don't have a rough road to drive on, lucky you.
